Post Holiday Relief

Take a deep breath....now, exhale. Feels good, doesn't it?


Christmas and the holiday season is just about over. The stress that you and others felt about how to navigate the holidays during COVID is passed. Congratulations.....you've earned the right to say goodbye to 2020.


But first...



This week is your week to requalify all of your key accounts. If you've been training with me you already know this. If not, this is your chance to get up to speed on EVERYTHING that's changed in those accounts over the past six months. That feeling of relief you just felt? Your referral sources feel it too. This is the most relaxed they are likely to be during the entire year....so get a few minutes of face, phone, text, or email time and make sure you are up to date on things like...

  1. How often they are referring

  2. Special precautions they are taking with their referred patients

  3. Who their go to providers have been during the pandemic

  4. Changes in their insurance payor mix

  5. Any special needs they have for patients being discharged home

  6. When and how you'll be able to resume in person visits

  7. And anything else you need to know to "fine tune" your approach.

Come next Monday, it's game on. 2021 will have started.....and it will be back to "business as usual". You've got just a few days to pull this off....so use them wisely.
