It's week #12....and this is a great time to review the results you've achieved by following our program over the past few months. If you have been following along for all 12 weeks here is what I would expect to see from each of you:

 

1. You are following a structured sales strategy

2. You are spending most of your time in accounts that have significant referral potential

3. You are walking into each sales call with a plan and an outcome in mind

4. Your business has grown 20-25%

 

So....how are you doing?

 

I'm hopeful that your answer is "I'm doing everything you wrote about Michael, I'm more confident in my approach, and my business has grown 20+%". If you can't say that, please go back to the Blog tab on this website and reread weeks 1-11 to make sure you are following our strategy to the letter.

I have a coaching client that I just met with this morning. He's in his job just 5 months and had nearly 40 Medicare admissions in January.....and he's still growing. When we talked today he tried to put his finger on precisely what he has been doing to grow so rapidly. I gave him this assessment. He is a nice, friendly individual but doesn't go overboard with making "professional friends". He is very professional and always has a plan for each account he approaches. He thinks his way thru the strategy of each account to determine his next, best step. Because of this....his business has grown rapidly and continues to grow. In other words, he approaches this job in a much different fashion than 80-90% of the rest of the industry does. He approaches it like a professional salesperson.
