The founder of Power Shot Training, Michael focuses on sales & management
training, coaching and helping agencies recruit and hire the best people possible.
Michael has spent the past 16 years in sales management and training and has
trained literally thousands of sales reps from start up to success. He has authored
4 books and is the editor of "Homecare Sales Strategies", our bi-weekly electronic
newsletter. In his spare time (Huh? What is spare time??) Michael is an avid
triathlete with 4 Ironman Triathlon finishes to his credit.

Janet holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and a certificate in
Project Management through the Project Management Institute. Janet has worked
in the Marketing and Advertising field for six years as well as the Legal Marketing
field for five years. Previously Janet worked in the Home Health/Social Services
field for ten years. She is an advocate for the elderly and has a strong desire to
assist and educate the senior and professional health care community about the
services which may be available to them.

and travel coordination (and spare time for Michael!). In her spare time, Constance
is an artist, working in the mediums of watercolor, charcoal and clay.

therapist, she started her Medicare certified home health career as a field clinician
